  • Act as a main HR contact for designated business areas and build effective working relationships.
  • Support and managing employee relations cases, such as absence, performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with organisational change activities, including restructures, and advise on employment legislation and best practice.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews to gather insights and identify trends.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment processes and share best practice on interviewing and selection.
  • Contribute to annual pay and bonus review processes.
  • Work with HR data and management information to help inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Learning & Development on key initiatives.
  • Provide support across the wider HR team as needed.

What we’re looking for

We’re interested in people who are organised, approachable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You’ll bring:

  • Experience working at Senior HR Advisor level or in a similar role.
  • Understand UK employment legislation and how it applies in practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised.
  • Confidence in reviewing and interpreting information to support decision-making
  • A fair, consistent approach and attention to detail.
  • CIPD qualification (desirable, not essential).

Why join us?

  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive HR team.
  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Contribute to shaping people practices and employee experience.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of HR activities and projects.
  • Opportunities to develop and progress, including pathways into HR Business Partner roles.
