How does used car finance work?

Financing a used car is no different than financing a new car. Simply choose the finance option that’s right for you, either a Personal Contract Purchase or Conditional Sale. Then make your monthly payments until you reach the end of your agreement.

Car finance for approved used cars and vans is a great way to spread the cost, and may also make owning a hybrid or electric car more accessible for more budget-conscious drivers.

If you have an active finance agreement for your SPOTICAR vehicle, you can manage your agreement online.

  • Part exchange your vehicle towards the cost of your next car.
  • Return your vehicle.

You may need to make an additional payment if your car has excess mileage or damage. To avoid damage charges all repairs should be made prior to the return of your vehicle. Find out more about excess charges at our end of agreement article.
