WHISTLEBLOWING FRAMEWORK

Stellantis Financial Services Limited treats the concerns of clients, suppliers, employees, shareholders and the wider community with the utmost importance. We are committed to listening, understanding and seeking to address concerns raised by our stakeholders in a fair and effective manner. This is why we have a strong process for handling concerns that are raised. 

Below are some examples of potential issues that could be reported: 

  • Anti-competitive behaviour, such as oral or written agreements with other business parties to fix prices, exchange or leak of competitive or sensitive information
  • Disclosure of confidential information 
  • Improper payments to third parties/public officials
  • Gift or gratuity to business partners to obtain unfair advantage as well as receiving gifts from a supplier
  • Unauthorised or improper use of the company's or a third party's intellectual property rights
  • Theft and fraud
  • Misuse of company resources
  • Reporting of false claims to government agencies
  • Vehicle safety, emissions and regulatory issues
  • Environmental compliance issue

When you have reason to believe that a violation of the law, or our values has been committed or in the event of a threat or harm to the public interest.

Yes, your report may be anonymous. However, we recommend that you provide contact information to allow us to contact you.

WILL I RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK ON MY REPORT?

An acknowledgement of receipt of the report will be sent to you. You will then be informed of the progress in the processing of your report and of the outcome of the investigation.

WILL CONFIDENTIALITY BE ENSURED?

Yes, we are trained in handling whistleblowing reports confidentially and we take appropriate steps to do so.
