The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has now published findings of their consultation into how some motor finance commission models were structured historically. If you’ve already submitted a complaint about motor finance commissions, and we haven’t confirmed that your case is closed, there’s no need to take further action at this time. We’ll update you within 3 months of the implementation deadline, depending on when your agreement was taken out.
If you haven’t yet submitted a complaint and believe you may have been affected, you can still do so using our online form below, although you don’t have to submit a complaint to be included. If the information we hold shows you may be affected, we’ll contact you directly.
