Updating your preferences is quick and easy, simply:

- Click ‘My Login’
- Select ‘Update’
- Tick the box “I want to go paperless.”
That’s it! Because the law requires it, some documents will still need to be sent by post, even if you choose paperless. However, once complete, your eligible documents will be delivered securely online.
